By downloading or using Remmy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Description of Service

Remmy is a reminder app that helps you remember birthdays, anniversaries, and important dates. Features include notifications, AI-generated messages, and contact management.

Subscriptions and Payments

Remmy offers the following subscription plans: Monthly at $4.99/month and Annual at $29.99/year. Prices may change. We'll notify you before any price changes affect your subscription.

New users may be eligible for a free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features until the expiration date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, partial or unused subscription periods, subscription renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid charges), or accidental purchases (contact Apple or Google for app store refund requests).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Remmy for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app, share your account or subscription with others, or use the AI message feature to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

AI-Generated Content

Remmy uses AI to generate message suggestions. You acknowledge that AI-generated messages are suggestions only, you are responsible for reviewing and editing messages before sending, we are not liable for the content of messages you send, and AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

Remmy and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Remmy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, that reminders will always be delivered on time, or that AI-generated messages will be appropriate for all situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Remmy, including but not limited to missed reminders or notifications, messages sent using our AI suggestions, loss of data, or subscription charges.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Remmy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Remmy at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
